Refund policy

Returns are accepted for 14 days after the delivery date.  To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new condition, unaltered, not washed or styled, still have the zig zag part, with the tag attached, and the box, original packaging, and free gifts included with your return. Customer pays return shipping fees. Due to the nature of our products, there is a 25% restocking fee.

We do have a buy back program for non-returnable items. Contact us for more information.

International Orders (UK, Canada, etc.):  
Return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs and import taxes are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Store credit is issued for returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Issues reported after 3 days from receipt are not eligible for credit or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
All gift cards, clearance items, open box, gently used, hot buy, special offer, overstock, discontinued, clearance, and limited time products are final sale.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit within 10 business days, minus any restocking fees and discounts used for the purchase.
